Safari 6 loads white page but with clickable page elements

Solution: clear preferences in home library ~/Library

Preferences> com.apple.Safari.plist

In the Finder, choose Go> Go To Folder.

In the Go To Folder dialog, type ~/Library

Click Go.

Hold down the Alt (Option) key when using the Go menu. The user library folder is listed below the current users home directory.

I've tried to find com.apple.safari.plist but in my MacBook air running mountain lion in portuguese the file wasn't not terem and Safari is really slow, I'm usina IPad for this.

Safari is slow in just about any website
