Q: I paid to rent a movie in the US, did not complete the download, tried to download it in both Singapore and Taiwan, no joy. Apple said it reposted to my Available Downloads, no joy in either Singapore, Taiwan, or Japan.

Bought 2 Rented 2 HD movie in US, download incomplete in US. Reported problem while in Singapore. Apple claimed it reposted movies to my available downloads. Bought movies were there, but no joy on rented movies. Any ideas? Cannot report problem again.
