i recently bought a macbook air on july 5 th. but i dont know how to download the free mountain lion upgrade...please help me to upgrade to mountain lion.

i requested for the update and i got a claim referance umber. its almost 5 hrs now. still i didint get any mail or reply.
It can take anywhere from 72 hours to one week. This is what my Email told me when I got the noitce for my free update. Please be patient. Because I'm sure the servers are over loaded.
