Icloud on mountain lion won't sign in?

When i go into system preferences to sign into iCloud i get the error "You can't sign in at this time Try signing in again" And it still does not work. I logged into iCloud online in the browser version and it worked fine, so it isn't my account. Also i'm running a late 2011 15inch stock mbp with 6gb ram

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion

Just soled the trouble by reset keychain. Look at

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1544

  • Open Keychain Access, which is in the Utilities folder within the Applications folder.
  • From the Keychain Access menu, choose Preferences.
  • Click General, then click Reset My Default Keychain.
  • Authenticate with your account login password.
  • Quit Keychain Access.
  • Restart your computer.
