Hi, I got a long standing problem with the update MacBook Pro-EFI-firmware-updater 2.6 which is constantly offered in the App Store -> Updates

After doing the update (no error messages) and the necessary reboot the update keeps reappearing in the App Store Updates. This goes for both Lion and Mountain Lion.

Anybody have a solution?

Any luck on this?? I'm having the same problem

    Unfortunately not.

But I've resorted to just hiding the update.

Here is a link on how to do that. Can't figure out why I didn't think of this one before :-)
