I start downloading Mountain Lion and I muss paused. I click on RESUME (ML downloading) but I don't see icon of ML in my DOCK.

The icon will be visible in Launchpad rather than the dock, search in the applications folder if launchpad is not in your dock already 🙂 you can check the time remaining and download progress through the app store > purchases.

You should see a "loading bar" under the AppsStore icon on the Dock. Go to MAS "Purchases" tab to check.
I have loading bar in MAS (purchases tab) but I don't have loading bar on MAS dock icon. Icon on dock has some significance or it doesn't matter ?

and after downloading where I can run my instalation ML ?
Look in the Applications folder for something like "Install OS X" - I forgot the exact name, because it is deleted when the installation finishes.
