- Go to https://appleid.apple.com
- Choose Manage your account then sign in
- On the left side of the page, choose password and security
- Answer the two questions correctly and you'll be taken to another page where you can change your security questions, password etc.
If you'll have a hard time doing this, you can contact support for a reset.
@renstarr - my question is that when I choose password and security, then try to answer the security questions, I put in the wrong answers, I don't remember the answers, apparently. I can't find the link to tell me how to change the security questions. How can I contact support directly for this issue? Thank you.
it doesnt work and no they wont help you what if the questions are not yours what do you do?
I've never used the security questions before, but when I went to change my password and was prompted to answer them.
I cannot find any place to set or reset security questions. I just reset my password by logging out and then clicking on the "reset password" link on the AppleID login page.
However, not being able to answer the security questions is bothering me. I emailed apple as I do not have access to an Apple Store ( 3 hour drive, one way ).
So, I need an electric way to set the answers to these questions. Any ideas?

I am trying this (see my original question at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4459947 for more details). But I always get only one security question to edit, never three questions that are supposed to be there.

tried that too but still would'nt let me change the security questions. ***** cause i just put in itune credit on my account and am trying to download ringtones but this stupid security questions are kiling me...any other way
