I just bought my Macbook Pro on 10 June, can I redeem code for OS X ML?

Yeah, missed it by 1 day. I guess the good news is that it's only $20 and can be used to upgrade all your Macs.
I know it can be upgrade to 5 macs but...
I dont have income right now, It seem if I want to upgrade I must buy it?
