Password on wakeup issue.

Upgraded my MBP to Mountain Lion yesterday (early 2011 MBP) First, the option to require a password after sleep no longer functions even though the option is set from the security pref panel. It also takes 20 sec or more just for the system to enter sleep. Odd.
