Web Sharing - how to turn on and off

Here is the Apple article . . .

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5230?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

I had Web Sharing on in Lion when I did the upgrade, so it is on in Mountain Lion after the upgrade. That is good, otherwise I would have thought Apple removed the Apache server.

Does anyone know how to toggle the server on and off now? Since they took the toggle out of sharing preferences. Very odd that they would remove the ability to turn off and on the server.

I know I could go get Mountain Lion Server, but that is a lot of "stuff" just to toggle on and off the web server. My needs are simple, I just want to be able to turn the server on and off like you could before in all earlier versions of OS X.

OK, found this in another thread. But I still do not get why Apple would take away a simple toggle.
