Q: siri does not show in my settings how do i get it

Do you have the iphone 4 or 4S.   The iphone 4 doesn't have siri.

Are you sure you have a 4S?  You might want to double check against this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3939.

If you have a 4S and you don't see Siri in Settings>General>Restrictions or Settings>General>Siri then you probably need to restore your phone.

You can sync your contacts to iCloud (Settings>iCloud>Contacts>On) or back them up with an app like My Contacts Backup.  You might also want to import your photos to your computer too as some users report losing them after updating or restoring.
