Mountain Lion - Mission Control doesn't work after wake up out of sleep mode. How to solve that?

Hi,


I have following problem. Yesterday I installed mountain lion as update on lion.


Now after waking up my Mac out of sleep mode mission control is not working, either the gestures of mission control.

After restarting the Mac it is working again.


Fir gestures I use a track pad.

I have the same problem too. Mid 2009 MacBook Pro 13".


Also, where in Lion I could leave a download going or something processing in the background the machine would not go to sleep and not interupt the process, though in ML the machine will go to sleep no matter what is happening and therefore interupt the process/download.


These sorts of things should really have been picked up in the beta testing!!!


I've always installed the latest versions and never had any problems, always looking smug at those that aren't as brave and decide to wait, though I'm not looking so smug now!!!

Same Problem here on 2011 MBP 15 Inch.

Also the, i dont know how it is really called in the english version, because im on a German OS, "Programme Window" doesnt work too. I recognized this, because i habe MC and "Programme Windiow" on my active corners.


killall Dock is a fast solution, but i hope Apple will fix this.


Did anyone of u allready open a Bug-Ticket?
