iTunes: Changing the display language
If you're referring to the iTunes Store, those are always available only in the legal language of the country of the store. I would suspect that to make each country's iTunes Store available in multiple languages would be a massive amount of work, and clearly Apple doesn't see that it makes sense. We can't say it won't change in the future, but unless and until the media companies allow some sort of "international' iTunes Store, something not likely in the forseeable future, having an iTunes Store in multiple languages in any country except those with multiple legal languages is unlikely.
And no, Steve is not "rolling in his grave". This has been the case since long before Steve passed away, and if he felt that it made sense, he would have insisted on it.
