Synching with Yahoo Calendar

Since upgrading to Mountain lion. Yahoo Calendar will no longer update. If I delete and reinstall the account it works. but then will not update again. Here is the error I keep finding :

The request (CalDAVRefreshDelegateListQueueableOperation) for account “Yahoo!” failed.

Seems the only way to update is to delete and add the account again. This is a Mountain Lion issue as my other computer which I have yet to update is fine, as are all my mobile devices.
