Yes! The mouse is very lagging either on the native display or on the external LCD monitor I'm connected to. It's annoying.

If so, then, "Yes." I have the same problem. Note that this isn't a tracking speed problem for me, it's a lag between my hand moving and the pointer moving on the external display.

Changing the display's setting to "DDC/CI support OFF" worked for me.
The cursor stuttering was on both monitors in my case, like yours, not like Andrew's.
