My macbook air 13" 2012 wont turn on and burning smell.

I bought a MBA 13" 256 SD 2012, yesterday (July 25) I upgraded to OS X Mountain Lion, and everything was perfect. Today (July 26) I have applied the upgrade (HT5394) in order to activate the Power Nap Support, my MBA restarted without any problem and I let it charging while it was making a backup using Time machine. After some minutes it made a small electrical sound like a "pluff" and turned off really suddenly. I then noticed a really faint burning smell coming from but the computer didn't feel like it had overheated, it was slightly warm underneath where the battery is located but nothing unusual.

Have anyone the same issue?. I'm very concerned because before I apply this update my MBA was working fine.

Regards,

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion

Yes, the diagnosis was: the mainboard burned. They don't give me a replacement, I have to wait for 8 days, if I'm lucky, until the replacement mainboard arrives (I'm Latinamerican buyer). I'm so mad because my MBA was under 15 days of purchase.

I guess that SMC updates did something that burned my MBA.

I'll inform when my MBA arrives, I hope that will be some day on the next week.
