how do i change the iphone keyboard to a normal phone keyboard

I don't like the qwerty keypad and I want to change to the usual phone keypad but I can't find it on my phone. Any advice please?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

Thanks Anamusic, shame that with all the technology apple have put in the phone they couldn't put the alternative keypad 😟
