I'm unable to change my screensaver since the new update. I try to go onto the system preferences page and it just freezes and I have to force quit it.
Any suggestions?

For both of you Open Disk Utilities (Applications - Utilities - Disk Utility) and Repair Disk Permissions, it wouldn't hurt to do it 2x.

As a general rule of thumb it's wise to run this utility before and after upgrading the OS.
One of the 1st things I tried, I always repair permissions when adding something but Disk Utility is one of the things that freezes, everything is doing it.

Please create your own thread, clearly your issue is totally different. Although the symptoms are similar the cause is different. Trying to address your problem in a thread that has already been solved is confusing and non productive so it would be wiser to create your own.
