Does anyone know if I can rewind and select specific secnes in rented movies when watching on Apple TV? I have a remote but do not seem to be able to rewind the movie if I have missed a scene or be able to select scenes as you can on DVD's.

Press and hold in the direction you wish to go. The circle part at the top of the remote, press and hold left to go back, press and hold right to forward, and press again to speed the process. Press play to resume.
Any movie, rented or otherwise can rewind or fast forward using the left and right arrows on the remote.
For chapter selection - press and hold the select button - this should bring up an chapters view of the movie with thumbnail images. Scroll to the one you want and select.
