Jul 29, 2012 1:32 PM in response to sigby klynnb63,Thank you, I did that, after I click "show details" I see where I can change the paper size, reverse print etc. but I'm not seeing an option to swtich to color. On my HP and IBM PC's I can click on printer properties and change the print quality, paper type ( e.g.photo), grayscale and such. Do you by chance know if this is not an available feature on iMacs or maybe my printer isn't iMac friendly?

Jul 29, 2012 1:44 PM in response to klynnb63by sig,★HelpfulYou don't mention what printer. Have you set it up using the proper driver? You don't see Color Quality selection? You don't see Color Matching? What program are you printing from and what kind of file are you printing?

Jul 29, 2012 3:05 PM in response to sigby klynnb63,It's an Hp photosmart 7550. I didn't have an answer for the driver so I went to the HP site and found out I have the wrong driver and because of the age of my printer they don't have a driver that will work on the Mac. Oh well, I guess I'll shop for a new printer. Thank you.
