How to order a family pack of Mountain Lion?
With five Macs in the house, the old family pack is just what I need. Where can it be found?
Mac Pro, Macbook Pro, ipod Touch, Mac OS X (10.5.7)

After you buy it once, use the same Apple ID to log in on each of the other Macs in your household to download again.
There is no need. Now that Mountain Lion is avaialable via the Mac App Store, you can install it on as many macs you own or control. Just pay for it once and sign in to the Mac App Store with the same ID on all the other macs. You will then be able to download it for free from the purchases tab.
Does this cause a problem on the 2nd computer if you use the other Apple ID?
You will not be able to download it on the second computer unless you sign in with the ID you purchased it with. However, I believe you should be able to set up the computer using a different apple id once ML is installed with no problems.
No
It works fine. In fact it is better if you download it once and then before running it on the first machine copy the installer dmg file to a thumbdrive and install it on all the other computers you own. You do not need to input the apple id then and it saves you downloading it 5 seperate times.
interesting... I've been waiting for the Mac Up-to-Date code to arrive.
