Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

After having upgraded to OS X Mountain Lion I cannot run the iWork update 9.2

When using the app store the update won't run and gives the following error: An error occurred while installing the updates.(103).


When downloading the update from apple support i get the following error.

User uploaded file


I have checked some of the discussions which indicate to have all iwork applications in the iwork '09 folder. Which is already the case.


Who can help me?

I have just talked to the apple support who advised me to download the iWork 9.2 update on another computer. Then transfer the file to my desktop and run the update.


It worked!! 🙂
