Q: My Ipod App Sroe isn't responding!?

I tried to download an app in the store and then my Ipod came up with a new Terms and Regulations thing that I had to agree to so I did, and it said it would begin to download but it didn't and now whenever I open my Ipod apps store it somes up with something that says my app will begin to download and an Ok button, so I keep on pressing it and turning my Ipod on and off but the caption won't close, and I can't go back to search for  anymore apps or just cancel the download... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    - Force close the app:

    Force an app to close: Hold down the On/Off button for a few seconds until a red slider appears,

    then hold down the Home button until the app quits.

    - Reset the iPod, nothing is lost

    Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Download on your computer and sync.
