Q: I can access the internet, but i have no signal. Checked with provider, all fine on their end... Help please!

I hav a new sim, and the provider (vodafone) said there is no problems on their end. I can use the internet, but cant make calls or texts or recieve them either... please help

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, vodafone
