It looks like it is the same way I did it in OS X 10.7 Lion Server 🙂
sudo postconf -e 'smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_sasl_authenticated permit_mynetworks reject_unauth_destination permit'
sudo postfix reload
for a quick fix.
And follow the instructions here to make it permanent:

It turns out that within OS X Server (mountain lion, 10.8) the solution is a lot simpler and my previous one did not stick... Executing one line of code is sufficient I now believe:
sudo serveradmin settings mail:postfix:greylist_disable = yes
