Q: Why can't I see any Numbers spreadsheets saved in iCloud?

Why can't I see any Numbers spreadsheets, or see any option to open iCloud documents when I go into Numbers on my iPhone or iPad?  I have saved the docs into iCloud on my Macbook and have iCloud enabled on all my Apple devices.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1
