is anyone else having issues with Find my Mac showing no location after mountain lion upgrade

I have the same thing with my Mac Mini.

just bought a new iMac yesterday with Mountain lion and I'm getting a NO LOCATION message when I ask it to find my computer

System Pref > Date & Time > Time one > check box for set time zone automatically..

Enabling that worked for me.

Mine was checked so I unchecked it and re-checked it and now find my iPhone works....l weird!

Same problem, only I no longer have a check box for "set time zone automatically" after upgrading to OS10.8. Needless to say, I still get the "This Mac can't be located because it does not have Wi-Fi" error message when trying to configure Find My Mac in iCloud System Preferences. Any one out there able to help?

I have a mid 2010 mini (with Mountain Lion) and I just recently noticed I was experiencing this problem.The timezone thing didn't work for me.

I *may* have fixed it though. I went into the Security / Privacy settings, selected the privacy tab, and *there* turned off location services and turned it back on.

I think that worked - keep your fingers crossed! (So far, so good.)

Just to add that WIFI connection must be on as well. It doesn't detect my location if I turn off WIFI and relied on ethernet alone.
