Cannot access iTunes tried all options on new iPad 2

I got new iPad configured everything but iTunes keep giving me "cannot connect toiTunes ". The Internet and wifi work fine. I logged in and out and powered on and off the device. Changed the DNA to 8.8.8.8, tried also airplane mode and back. Nothing worked. Any suggestions?

What works for me is to sign out of the App Store App or iTunes App first, then go back to settings > store > tap sign-in and sign in with your existing apple id and password.


Then from home screen tap on App store or iTunes Apps to verify if signed in and connected.


The above articles per Texas Mac Man TS1368 and/or TS3297 are very helpful.
