Q: I am using windows vista.  I push sinc and nothing happens.  No freeze, nothing moves, nothing happens.  There is no indication that I even pushed the button

I plug my iPhone in to computer and go to iTunes, pick tunes, push sinc and nothing happens.  No freeze, no motion at all.  The button can be pushed a dozzon times and nothing happens.  Help!
