Keep in mind... desktop systems have much more robust cooling systems. Overclocking a notebook will cause it to run warmer. Geekbench is a benchmarking tool, not an overclocking tool. As it doesn't sound like you have much experience with overclocking, it's not a great idea. Overclocking notebooks in general will not get you a noticeable performance boost and could shorten the life of your system.
Wjosten and I are interpreting your question differently. If by "clock" you just mean test how fast everything is, Geekbench is a good tool.
