Added an app voucher to my I phone, it gave me confirmation note but no credit appeared on my account, how can I resolve this problem

How long ago did you enter the code ? It's sometimes taken a few minutes for my balance to reflect the new amount - if it's been longer than that then you could try logging out of your account on the iPhone (tap your id in Settings > Store) and then log back in and see if then shows the correct amount.
This morning so it would of been 8hrs ago il try what you've suggested to see if that works, I have also contacted I tunes as this is not the first time this has happened and my phone is not even a year old yet!
What happens to the credit if it says thank you please enter another number but the credit does not show on the account?
