Exchange email notifications

I am using Mail with an Exchange 2010 server, iCloud, and Gmail. When I receive email from Gmail, or iCloud I get a notification in the new notification center. When mail comes in from Exchange, there is no notification. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
