I've been googling for almost an hour now. I can't seem to integrate twitter on my Notification Centre? I tried dragging the Twitter app on the Notifications area but I can't seem to make it work. Help, please. 😟

Go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts & Calendars and add your account there.
Oddly enough, you can also add Aol, vimeo, and Flickr accounts there too. Once you do that, the Click to Tweet option will show up in Notification Center.
