On 2011 MBP I had battery displayed in meun bar. In Lion there was option to show icon and time. After installing Mountain Lion the only option is icon and percentage.
Is this the way ML is supposed to be? Is there a hack to add "show time" option back in?

nope.....you're stuck with just the percentage.....

but you can click on your battery icon to see how much time you have left....

Hopefully it'll change back. I already own iStat Menus which, among other things can show a battery icon with time. Albeit an uglier one.
I do hope that they change it back. Seems like such an arbitrary thing to do...
+1 vote for bringing Time Remaining back.

Thanks Scott and jhf. Didn't know there was that feedback site. I've filled it out so hopefully they will start to notice our gripe.
Either way, the app Johanndn165 suggested - batterytimeapp.com - does work and doesn't take up any appreciable system resources from what I can tell.
