Q: my ipod's screen is frozen at the "connected: eject before disconecting" how do i fix it?

I was putting music on my ipod and when is said it was ready to disconnect the ipod still said it was connected so i pressed eject and it still says when not connected and the lights not on so i can't wait for it to die, how do i fix it?

Have you tried to reset the iPod using the appropriate instructions in this Apple support document?
