It should have downloaded into the Videos app - iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store, and the Ts & Cs link shows in the Downloads tab when there are no ongoing/outstanding downloads.

Actually ,made a mistake, I'm a bit of a novice with this, got it onto my playlists but the video doesn't play, the miusic comes through but there is just a still of the video, am I supposed to do something to get the video to come through?
