Web Server not working with multiple sites

I have upgraded from Lion Server to Mountain lion, and bought the server upgrade.

Now when I go to any of my domain names they all take me to the exact same site, where they should go to 3 different sites. I know of ways to get around this but should the server not send incoming requests to the correct page?

Example is when I type in www.example1.com it goes to example1's home page, but when I type in www.example2.com it goes to example 1's home page.
