Where can I get an engraving for my iPad (I have already purchased it)

You could look at a trophy place or jeweler to get your iPad engraved.

Getting your iPad engraved will significantly decrees the re-sale value though if you ever wanted to sell it.

No. Apple will only engrave an iPad when you have ordered the iPad from them online and asked for it to be engraved.
