note,reminder,email and calender all of this doesn't pop up on my notification center . But , they all has communicate each other with my iPhone, iPad and Mac air . The only problem are doesn't pop up and have to open manually to check even already setup system preferences on My Mac air,iphone and ipad .

Lots of posts on this. I get notifications on my iPad, iPhone and iPod, but not on my Mac with Mtn Lion. I've tried clicking/unclidking check boxes, rebooting, so far nothing has worked. 😢
I upgraded to ML day-b4-yesterday and no problems with Notification center. All the notifications are popping up perfectly.
Have you set up Notifications preference in System preferences?
