All my mailboxes were lost after installing Lion!
Any way of recovering my mailboxes that were lost after I installed LION???

Depends on what you mean by lost?
Have they just disappeared from sight, ie can you toggle the little triangle before the Inbox and they come back?
Or are all you emails totally vanished so you have none in the right hand window?
