Safari 6 Password Prompt box. How do I kill it?

Oh deary deary me...

I made the mistake of accepting the software update that installed Safari 6 this morning. I really do wish I hadn't!

What a rubbish job they have made of this version of Safari. And how underhand of them not to allow reversion back to 5.

Apart from the serious privacy issues of having every URL you type being sent direct to Google courtesy of the integrated search/address 'feature', I find that every time I fill in a password on a website Safari 6 asks me if I want it to save it for me.

I already have it saved, thank you very much, in a cracking app called 1Password. I do not want Safari remembering it as well. What's the point?

Does anyone know how to stop this annoying password prompt being thrown up every time please?
