Safari 6 on OSX 10.8 any site using flash You Tube and BBC as exampl are getting plugin blocked
Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion
Try this...
Open System Preferences > Flash Player
Deselect: Block all sites from storing information on this computer
Quit then relaunch Safari to test.
OK there was a fix for this I should have looked harder
Re: safari 6.0 flash problem (blocked plug in)
Delete all references to Flash or Shockwave in Macintosh HD > Library > Internet Plugins > Disabled Plugins

I upgraded to the new Mountain Lion and now Safari is slower and I keep on getting 'plug in blocked'
I wanted to try to disable the plugins but can not locate the Library to disable.
Could you please (if possible) give me step by step to find the Library file?

To get to the Mac HD open Finder
Under the GO drop down menu select home folder
You should now see the folders you require
I think these are slightly hidden as you can stop some apps working if you delete files here
