Mail Library Alias

I have two hard drives inside my Macbook, an SSD and an HDD where is my Mail folder. I used an alias in my Library, but now with Mountain Lion does not work anymore. Apple support has confirmed that Mountain Lion does not get along with alias. I'm not so happy :-(
