Q: Why is it that I only get a portion of the songs or Album I have paid for and downloaded? If I did not get what I paid for I expect a refund. I still have money in my account and I'm afraid to download any songs for the fact that I won't get the full ver

I have purchased a album. The Allman Brothers Band 1969-1979. I downloaded the Album and it only gave me the preview version of the songs not the full version . This make the second time this has happened to me. I still have money in my account for more purchases but I am afraid that I will get the same results. I do expect a refund or full version of the songs and Album.

 

Please let me know what you intend to do!!  This is not good!

    Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.

     

    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

     

    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app) on your iOS device.

     

    If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

     

    Excellent choice of album by the way.
