Apple ID, intrusion in additional email address

Hi dears, I wanted to add an additional email address in my Apple ID account, never done before, but there was already a strange one (qetucch@zoom.com) that I don't know, could be spam or intrusion? I don't have less money on the credit card and I don't see any app download without my request. Could this be a problem? How can I be safer?

My Apple ID address is a Yahoo! account that I use daily for my contacts and other services.
