i buy new themes for iweb but i don't know how i have to install it because i cant find the iweb folder with contents/resources/thems ....etc
i have i mac 10.7.4
please tell me how i can install is

Click the iWeb.app icon while holding down the "control" key. Choose "show Package Contents" from the popup.
you can't just add the themes to iweb.app, you need to modify couple plist files for the themes to show up in theme picker.
every iweb theme should come with an installer, the installer suppose to modify the plist files for you.
As Cyclosaurus pointed out the themes should come with their own installer. If you didn't get one go back to the site you got them from and see if they have an installer or instructions on how to modify iWeb for installing the themes.
Also keep a unmodified version of iWeb handy as some of those 3rd party themes reek havoc with iWeb.

what chances the op can modify anything inside iweb.app, oh yeah the op needs to right click to get into iweb.app in the first place. which the op didn't know.

I don't know about the OP but I certainly wouldn't try to modify the plist files in iWeb to install a 3rd party theme. Too much trouble for such little reward. It's best to start with a blank canvas and create your own "theme".
I also agree that if there's no installer available demand your money back.
