Can I view Amazon streaming on Apple TV.

So I take it that a movie rented or purchased from Amazon cannot be moved into iTunes?
If you have an iPad, iPhone or iPod touch you can AirPlay amazon instant app to the Apple TV.

Sorry bout that. I saw the option and never actually tried it. I didn't realize there could be a block to only stream the sound like it does.
No problem. Audio is on by default, the developer has to enable the video. Some also specifically block mirroring.
I can stream/mirror Amazon Prime videos to my Apple TV directly from my Macbook Pro but not from the Amazon Instant Video app on either the iPhone or iPad. This seems to me a glaring deficiency. Likewise there is no Amazon icon/app on the Apple TV itself - another unforunate omission.
Apple and Amazon need to remedy this problem.
Amazon is specifically blocking airplay from the app.
