Q: I can't share my scanner from MacOS 1.5 machine to MacOS 10.6 machine.

I can share my all-in-one scanner among all my MacOS 1.5 machines using ImageCapture just fine.

The printer shares fine to all of my 10.5 and 10.6 machines.

But the scanner isn't seen by my MacOS 10.6 machines. Only the 10.5 machines.

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Mac OS X (10.6.8)

    I would check with the manufacturer to see if there might be an updated driver. I have a similar problem which is why I keep a previous generation machine around. Every OS upgrade trashes a lot of good equipment because it is better business to sell new stuff than keep the old going.
