I can not connect my car devise to my Bluetooth on my iphone4s

Hello... I had the same problem and finally fixed it this morning.

First ( on your phone) go to

SETTINGS

GENERAL

RESET

RESET NETWORK SETTINGS

TURN OFF BLUETOOTH

Then: IN YOU CAR... TURN ON BLUETOOTH....Press the talk button OF YOUR CAR then say the following commands PHONE SET UP, then PAIR..and follow the intructions. This is what have worked for me.... not sure if the commands prompt vary according to the make and model of the car but one thing for sure PLEASE REFER TO THE BLUETOOTH SECTION OF YOUR CAR HANDBOOK.

So far this helped me to connect to my iMac. Will go out to the garage and see if the car accepts it. All was working before until I was at a one-to-one session and pushed the reset button.

OK. So the problem I had with a rental car/loanerd and the same problem on my own car is now solved. By resetting network settings on the phone, I can now bluetooth connect in my car and at my computer. Thank you!
