Hello, might be possible, but I'm not aware of a way to do that, but...

In a Finder Window, find that folder & drag it to the right side of the Dock for quick access.

Well, you can edit /System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Menus. nib to remove, change or even add items to any standard menu in Finder
